Ruby Falls, Tennessee

Ruby Falls is one of the largest underground waterfalls in the world, and one of the top attractions in the southeastern United States. Discovered in 1928 by Leo Lambert, 1,120 feet underground, the 145-foot falls are named after his wife Ruby. They are a truly breathtaking natural wonder to behold, and 2-hour guided tours offer you the chance to view the falls, explore an underground labyrinth of caverns, and learn more about the mesmerizing rock formations that have formed over thousands of years.
